Terms of use
Elusion is free. Play it as much as you like, on as many devices as you like. There is nothing to buy and no account to make.
The game
Elusion is made by Unfussy AI Labs. The code, artwork, sound, and design belong to us. Share the link with anyone you want. Please do not republish the game as your own, sell it, or fold it into another product without asking first.
Credit where it is due
Elusion started as a study of Avoision 2 by Robin Allen. The idea of one dot outrunning a swarm comes from that game and Robin Allen deserves the credit for it. Everything you see in Elusion was made for this project: the name, the creatures, the art, the waves, the weapons, and the interface. Robin Allen has no involvement in Elusion and does not endorse it.
No warranty
The game comes as it is. We do not promise that it will always work, always be reachable, or be free of faults. Your scores live in your browser's storage, so clearing that storage loses them. Treat them as a bit of fun rather than a permanent record.
Liability
So far as the law permits, we are not liable for any loss that comes from playing the game, or from not being able to play it.
Changes
These terms can change. The date below shows when they last did. Carrying on playing after a change means you accept the newer version.
Governing law
Swiss law governs these terms.
